How to Enter
Entry is either by post using the attached entry form, or via the Runners’ World website or the Running Diary website www.runningdiary.co.uk. Please note that these magazine-based methods will charge a small administration fee, but they will enable you to use electronic payment methods.
This event is organised primarily to raise funds for charity, and you are encouraged to obtain sponsorship for one or both of our nominated charities. Anyone raising more than £100 in sponsorship for these named charities only may have their entry fee refunded (See terms and conditions).
Runners may wish to use these events to raise money for other charities of their choice; we encourage all charity fundraising, but ask you to let us know if you wish to do this, as such knowledge helps us to obtain corporate sponsorship

Please ensure you arrive in time (at least 30 minutes before the start time) to register and collect your timing chip. There will also be a fun warm-up led by a professional fitness instructor.
Although we are willing to consider entries on the day, subject to availability, if you are to have any chance of entering, you must arrive early so that your entry can be recorded onto our database and then transferred to the chip-timing company’s computer before your event starts.
